Primary research interests:  Dr. Zaborszky studies gut hormones, gut microbes, gut-brain axis, intestinal physiology, and beneficial microbes.  Her active research is pursuing the functions of these new intestinal hormones and how microbes that regulate these hormones can be utilized to promote health.
